When I created Heart-Based Hospitality for the hotel industry about 14 years ago I did not realise that it would be so hard for hotel corporate offices to understand and accept. I think that Heart-Based Hospitality is so difficult for them to accept because it belongs to the future of hospitality when the essential core values of hospitality become the main core values again; and their mechanistic Newtonian worldview of corporate offices has been replaced by the Quantum worldview.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
