Your thoughts affect people at any distance either positively or negatively. Distance does not matter. You can send loving thoughts to someone on another continent and the effect can be measured and photographed instantaneously. The energy of your thoughts, feelings, and emotions affects the person they are directed at in the same moment. It has all been demonstrated scientifically many times. This is invaluable information for the hotel industry, but it won\u2019t be used as long at the Newtonian worldview predominates.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

One day hotels may send loving thoughts to guests after they have checked out to show their gratitude. Currently, emails are used to do so. The measurable effect of sending such energy to a specific person is old science. Hoteliers will think it is absurd to do so, but this is only because the hotel industry\u2019s worldview is so out of date that this old science is unknown and not used in the industry.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

The thoughts, feelings, and emotions of the staff have important consequences. The SOP-Customer Satisfaction concept creates low-frequency energy amongst the staff because it is uninspiring and mechanical, and the concept is simply about carrying out SOPs mechanically and as efficiently as possible. In contrast, Quantum-based Heart-Based Hospitality is energetic and focuses on the high-frequency energy of loving-kindness, compassion, and heart-warming care.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

It is created by means of a wide variety of methods, which instil in the staff the desire to want to love more fully and deeply; to live more and more from the heart; and to become more inner-self managed. Training and development activities and leadership behaviours focus, therefore, on increasing the energy of loving-kindness, compassion, and heart-warming care. This is very different to the traditional way, which focuses on SOP efficiency and compliance.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Hotels should also focus on developing heart coherence in their staff as this will affect the nature of hospitality in wonderful ways. There are many ways to develop heart coherence. We know that the electromagnetic field generated by the heart of a person can be detected by other people. When an individual is in a state of heart coherence, the heart radiates a more coherent and higher frequency, electromagnetic signal into the environment. This affects other people and the energetic feeling of spaces.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

In addition to this, research has shown that when we are in this coherent state, we are more sensitive to detecting the information in the energy fields radiated by others. We can develop our power of intuition in this way. Intuition is a power of the heart and when we develop our heart coherence, we become more intuitive about other people. Being able to \u201cread\u201d the encoded information streaming from a guest enables staff to know intuitively what they need to do for the guest. This is invaluable.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

The heart\u2019s magnetic field is the reason why we can \u201cfeel\u201d or sense another person\u2019s presence and emotional state independent of body language or other factors. But again, this power of the heart is not likely to be developed while the Newtonian worldview predominates because it doesn\u2019t fit in.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Developing heart coherence in order to change the spirit of hospitality is a new area for the hotel industry to explore. A growing body of evidence even suggests that an energetic field is formed among individuals in groups through which communication among all the group members occurs simultaneously. In other words, there is an actual \u201cgroup field\u201d that connects all the members. This knowledge can be used by teams in a hotel to enhance hospitality.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

One study has demonstrated the effect of heart coherence in a group setting where people trained in maintaining states of heart coherence for several minutes could promote coherent states in untrained participants. In other words, if staff practise heart coherence techniques in groups or teams, they can send a wave of energy through an area, which will affect all of the guests in a positive way.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

The heart is a new area of exploration for the hotel industry, though it is unlikely to be explored until the hotel industry\u2019s worldview is changed. It is a door to creating higher levels of energetic and spiritual hospitality because the heart generates a strong electromagnetic field, which permeates the whole body and influences the whole area around us. When the heart is activated with the high frequencies of love and compassion, its electromagnetic field is amplified and expanded. Because the heart field extends outwards several metres from the body in all directions, our experiences have the potential to create a high-frequency ripple effect in the hotel environment as well as beyond.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Now I\u2019d like to summarise some of the main points I\u2019ve made in these videos.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

It\u2019s time for the hotel industry to move on from the mechanistic Newtonian model of hospitality. The hotel industry is continuing to use the mechanical Newtonian model and does not realise that this is the root cause for why the spirit of hospitality does not change much and does not create the much-sought-after energetic and emotional connection with the hearts of the guests. Moreover, hotel systems are perfectly aligned with this model and so they maintain the hotel in the lower resonances.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

But the Newtonian worldview, which denies the existence of energy and consciousness, and their effects on the world in spite of all the evidence, has dominated the hotel industry for many decades now, even though this worldview was replaced in 1925 by the energy-oriented Quantum worldview. The Quantum worldview opens new doors for the development of hospitality, and scientists are making more and more discoveries about energy and consciousness all the time, which are invaluable for the hotel industry, but the industry is ignoring them. The result is that the hotel industry is being left further and further behind, and hospitality is still like it is.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

By ignoring the scientific discoveries about consciousness and the energetic nature of our world; heart energy research and research about energy generally; and the ancient wisdom about energy found in the monasteries of Tibet and the Andes, and in ancient cultures which still thrive, and in religious texts going back thousands of years; the leaders of the hotel industry are providing a disservice to mankind by holding back the evolution of hospitality.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

The Holy Grail of hospitality is not technology, even if it is expected of hoteliers to think it is. Technology only provides comfort, convenience, and some entertainment. It does not create a much-sought-after kind of emotional connection. It does not touch the human heart or meet the growing emotional, energetic, well-being, and healing needs of mankind.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Knowing how to touch the heart; how to heal the heart; how to create in staff and guests the soft and gentle feelings of inner peace and happiness; how to create in the staff a burning, heartfelt desire to show loving-kindness and compassion; how to change the energetic feel of a guest room or guest facility; and how to use, change, and send energy to make guests feel happier, is the future of hospitality, and this cannot be done with current concepts, methods, and thinking. As I\u2019ve said, a turboprop plane will never create a sonic boom.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

For many years, the hotel industry has been looking outwards for the Next Big Thing, but the irony is that it is closer than one\u2019s life vein. The industry\u2019s leaders will never find it until they choose the only untrodden and untouched path left, which is to go inside, and this requires a change to the Quantum worldview. Heart-Based Hospitality combines this direction with hotel systems by incorporating ancient wisdom, scientific research into energy, and discoveries about the power of the heart in order to soften the guest experience and to increase the happiness of the staff and guests.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Energetic hospitality based on love and the spiritual values of hospitality sounds New Age-like, but nevertheless, it is practical, very profitable, and the future of the hotel industry guest experience, which has nowhere else to turn to. As Albert Einstein said, \u201cWe cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.\u201d<\/p>\r\n\r\n

There is a far more beautiful future out there for the hospitality industry once it opens its eyes, heart, and mind so to speak. There is a pressing need for a new concept of hospitality, and Heart-Based Hospitality provides it in a limitless way because there is no ceiling to the energy of love or consciousness. Current industry initiatives simply provide new variations of the old and familiar because the industry continues to work inside the Newtonian worldview. Change is inevitable and the new path is available, but the hotel industry is ignoring it.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

I would like to finish by leaving you to consider the following because of its parallel with the hotel industry\u2019s predicament. In 1900 the eminent physicist, Lord Kelvin, said: \u201cThere is nothing new to be discovered in physics now. All that remains is more and more precise measurement.\u201d This worldview statement was shattered only five years later when Einstein published his paper on relativity. The new theories proposed by Einstein challenged the current (at that time) framework of understanding. This forced the scientific community to open up to an alternate view of the true nature of our reality. It is a great example of how things, which once were regarded as truth, have changed.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\u201cLord Kelvin\u2019s statement bears with it the Voice of Paradigms Past\u2026We knew that the Earth was flat, we knew that we were the centre of the universe, and we knew that a man-made, heavier-than-air piece of machinery could not take flight. Through all stages of human history, intellectual authorities have pronounced their supremacy by ridiculing or suppressing elements of reality that simply didn\u2019t fit within the framework of accepted knowledge. Are we really any different today? Have we really changed our acceptance of things that won\u2019t fit the frame? Maybe there are concepts of our reality we have yet to understand, and if we open our eyes maybe we will see that something significant has been overlooked.\u201d (Terje Toftenes, The Day Before Disclosure<\/em>)<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Energetic Heart-Based Hospitality based on love is the future of hospitality, even if the hotel industry as a whole is reluctant to break away from the current Newtonian SOP-Customer Satisfaction concept. There is no ceiling to what hospitality can feel like and become with it because it is based on love and a worldview, which is rooted in the energy and spiritual dimensions in practical ways.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

When hotel groups realize that they have come to a dead-end with SOP-Customer Satisfaction and that it cannot be improved any further, even by improving efficiency and the SOPs; even by increasing friendliness; even by adding more apps; even by incorporating more technology into the hotel; even by changing the design, the Lobby layout, the amenities, the bed, the colours, the smells, etc.; and even by creating a new brand or by changing the CEO; they will have to explore the only direction left, and they will discover how by using a Quantum worldview hospitality concept based on love and the energy and spiritual dimensions they can transform the hotel industry forever and open up new levels of hospitality considered impossible with the hotel industry\u2019s Newtonian worldview. Why wait for that day? Change is inevitable and the path is available.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

When the hotel industry wakes up to the possibilities of the Quantum worldview, we will see a wonderful and unimagined transformation in the nature of hospitality.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

I have only touched on the multitude of possibilities and ways to transform hospitality in the Quantum worldview. It might take many years for the industry to change, but I believe that it will only take one major hotel group to change a large part of the hotel industry to the Quantum worldview. Once the other hotel chains see the difference in hospitality, they will race each other to change, but I expect that many will fail to change in time, particularly those, which are deeply entrenched in the Newtonian worldview. The financial advantage will rest with those who make the change the quickest and fullest because this is where the money will be made in future.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
