Pre-Opening Simulation & The Trial Run
To ensure this mindset carries seamlessly into your opening, we organize and lead customized Trial Runs lasting 6 days, 12 days, or longer.
During this period, we provide realistic operational scenarios and activities—ranging from everyday requests to complex, high-pressure situations—designed to simulate a fully functioning hotel. This allows your team to practice and apply their pre-opening training in real time, grounding their daily operational duties in the spirit of Heart-Based Hospitality.
Even after the official pre-opening phase concludes, the Trial Run framework can continue to be used internally, providing your management with a sustainable tool to maintain this high-vibrational, exceptionally premium standard of care long after opening day.
